Souland is an AI-powered emotional companion that provides a safe, zero-pressure space for users to talk, reflect, and unwind. The Service offers four immersive scenes — Lighthouse, Tavern, Rain, and Forest — each with ambient sound synthesis and a distinct AI persona designed for supportive conversation.
The Service also includes optional features such as account registration, email binding, conversation auto-save, and conversation push-to-email.
Souland AI is here to listen, not to diagnose. It is not a medical device, a therapist, or a crisis intervention service.
The AI companions are designed for casual emotional support and companionship only. They do not provide medical advice, psychological diagnosis, treatment, or crisis counseling. If you are experiencing a mental health emergency, having suicidal thoughts, or are in any other crisis situation, please contact emergency services or a qualified professional immediately.

The Service integrates with third-party APIs including DeepSeek (AI language model) and Google SMTP (email delivery). We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or policies of these third-party services. Your use of these services through Souland is subject to their respective terms and policies.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Souland and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to emotional distress, data loss, or any decisions made based on AI-generated content.
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. You may stop using the Service at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including disclaimers and limitations of liability) shall survive.
